Domaine de l'Archer
Frédéric and Laurent are sons and grandsons of wine producers for several generations. Passionate about vines and wine, they produce Muscadet in the heart of the Nantes vineyards of their wine estate of around fifty hectares.
It was during a trip in Ireland, a few years ago that they discovered cider. They then decided to diversify their activity and produce French cider, as opposed to the more traditional keeved ‘cidre’.
Eden Cider is made only from organic and French fresh apple juice. The juice is fermented and blended at the Château de la Bretonnerie by Frédéric and Laurent, from a blend recipe that they have developed together, to create this very tasty cider. Not satisfied with that the boys went one further and, with the same apple blend created a non-alcoholic version.

Eden cider is a medium-dry cider with the sweet aroma of caramelized apples. It is made from a blend of carefully selected varieties of typical Normandy bittersweet and dessert apples. It has a subtle balance between sugar and the fruits astringency. Eden cider combines finesse with an intense fruity note.
